  • Order totals from $101-$199 - $5.00
  • Order totals $200 or more - FREE SHIPPING!

When you place an order, you will be required to select the option "Shipping Cost' which will automatically calculate the cost according to the set rate above. If your order total is $200.00 or more, you will be presented with the option to select "Free Shipping". 

Note: some asked if that is too good to be true - it is good and true! It is not that the parcel will fly or swim over to you by itself once it is over the value of $200. We do pay more shipping, but to be competitive, we have found larger parcel is cheaper and we can off set the shipping cost onto some products and take less profit ourselves. The smaller the parcel it is, the more costly it will be for both you and us. So plan your shopping and make the most of cheap shipping or buy with friends together for free shipping.
 
Delivery:
The above shipping charges are for shipment by Australia Post priority airmail. Delivery time is usually 7-10 working days. We deliver only to your billing address following the initiatives by major online shops to stamp out credit card fraud (make credit card thefts meaningless - if purchased goods are only shipped to the credit card holder's address). If you want to buy a gift for loved ones, buy a gift certificate and then use the gift certificate to perchase the product and have it sent to the receiver's address.

We shall never under any circumstances disclose your contacts to any other parties for any reason.

Exchange Method:
No exchange on fabrics, plastic thimbles or any printing materials. All silver or steel thimbles purchased from us directly can be exchanged for fitting: customer pays shipping cost to send the thimble to us and we cover shipping cost to send the exchanged. A return shipping cost has to be covered all by a customer since the old style silver thimbles are sold at a discounted price. To exchange an old style thimble, send it back with a self addressed and stampled post bad with the thimble to be exchanged.    

The most cost effective way to exchange a thimble is: take a picture of your finger with the thimble on. Send the picture with the thimble back to us for exchange so we can SEE the fitting to ensure a perfect exchange.

Returns Policy

You may return all faulty products before its used within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You may also return other products (except cut fabrics and visual printed materials) even if they are fine for store credit excluding the actual shipping cost. We'll only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
