Set up your Account

Set up your account:  

If you are an existing eNewsletter Subscriber (since 2006 – to test if you are, try to sign in with your existing email address. If you get a message to say your address is already taken, that means you are an existing subscriber), click on the Contacts and request me to set it up for you manually – that is the easiest! Then I’ll email you a temporary password and you can sign into your new account to change it once you are in it.

 

If you are not an existing eNewsletter Subscriber, you don’t need to set up an account first. Just do your shopping as a guest and you will get an account after your first shopping with us. Once you received your new account information and temporary password, you can log in to change password etc.

 

Note: whenever you encounter difficulties resetting your password, etc., just ask me because I can set it manually faster than the computer. If you see the Live Support blinking green, just click on that for help. Otherwise, through Contacts.
