Hi, Friends, here are 3 main points to remember! Then scroll down to read step-by-step instructions and see illustrations.

Lesson 1: "Sign In" your online account, then you will see Friends Exclusive and the subcategories just under the main header on the left.

Lesson 2: Find all Friends benefits inside your online account by "Sign In" before you start browsing especially before you start shopping! Once you are inside your account, all prices will turn into Friends price displayed in front of you! 

Lesson 3: Forgot your password? Or changed email addresses? Email Thimblelady with both your old address and new address so we can update your account.

Read the following step-by-step tutorials with illustration:

1. Access Friends Exclusive information: Once you are reading this information, you are already on www.thimblelady.com.au. All Friends Exclusive information can be accessed by "sign in*" a Friend's online account** with Thimblelady.

* Sign in button is located along the top horizontal bar just above the main header of the home page. Click on Sign in (once you already have an account), it will take you to the Sign in page where you put your email address and password in a form. Then click "Sign In" button below your email address and password button. In case, you forgot your password (I can't remember any of mine, don't feel embarrased to ask thimblelady for help. She is more forgetful than all of you combined!). Click on Contact Us button send her an email. Or click on the green Live Support near the upper right corner of the screen, I'll be able to reset your password if I am by the computer right there.

**Friend's Account: All Friends upon joining the Club will have an account set up if you don't already have one. That is how we identify you in case you loose your Friend ID.

2. Sign in page is where you put your email address and password into the sign in windows. Then click Sign in. After that, you should be in the Sign in page. It is quite straight forward, see picture below:

3. Finding Friends Exclusive:

Once inside your account, look to the left under the main header (see picture below). Click on any or all links under Friends Exclusive will take you to all desired information. Once inside your Friend's account, you should also see all prices displayed to you at 10% disccount without showing your ID. Wink! That is how clever the system is now. 

From inside your Friend's account, you can also click on Friends Support group - one of the sub category of Friends Exclusive, inside there is a link that will take you to sign up for Friends Support. Go on, sign up for it, so you can "meet" other Friends already there and ask questions and share answers!

4. When finished, click on Sign out where your sign in button was: above the main header of the screen. Sign in again the same way next time. Soon you will be a pro! 

Remember Sign In each time when you visit us! If you can't remember the step, just click on Friend Support.
