Those of you who have pieced hexagons using English paper piecing method would know very well the tidious work of basting papers - not to mention that you only get a quilt top after all the paper templates are taken out... Plus the pinching pain on the non-sewing hand that would sure lead your hand to a painful and costly injury even if you rest your hands each time when you feel the pain (it is usually too late when you feel the pain)...
